Products on this website are sold via www.laplaceC.com, phone (010 6466 8090) or fax (010 5869 6450).
  • For recipient's address within Beijing 5th Ring Road: Purchase is normally delivered within 2 business days following confirmation of order.
  • For recipient address outside Beijing 5th Ring Road: Purchase is normally delivered within 3 business days following confirmation of order.
  • Customers may specify best date to deliver. Customers can also leave greeting message to the recipient thru our free gift card service.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Note that if customer chooses to pay in advance, we will arrange delivery accordingly immediately after we receive payment.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Pay at Pick-up
    Pay when you pick up products from our office or sales locations.
  • Cash on Delivery
    Please note Cash on Delivery is available for Beijing City only.
  • Bank Transfer
    We will process your order following payment confirmation from the bank. Please note that Bank Transfer must be filled in Chinese. Click here for details.
  • On-line Payment (Credit Card & Bank Card)
    Customers may pay through on-line payment system provided by www.Chinabank.com.cn. We will process your order following payment confirmation from your bank. Please note the on-line payment and bank interfaces are in Chinese only.
  • Post Office Money Transfer
    Please note that Post Office Money Transfer must be filled in Chinese. Click here for details.

Business hours and Delivery time
Business hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays. Phone Order hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
Confirmation of Order

  • Each website order will be confirmed by LA PLACE via email, phone or fax. We will contact the recipient via phone regarding delivery time once order is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Coverage and Charges:
The following delivery charges are for Beijing city only. Please contact us for deliveries outside Beijing.
  • RMB 15 within 4th Ring Road, Beijing
  • RMB 20 between 4th and 5th Ring, Beijing
  • RMB 35 outside 5th Ring, Beijing

Invalid Order
Orders will be declared invalid and will not be further processed for the following reasons:

  • Order contains invalid or missing information in required fields such as address and email address.
  • The person who put in the order or the recipient cannot be contacted for 5 business days upon ordering.
